1,000 new homes are coming to Lakewood Ranch — and this is one community worth watching.
Pulte Homes is planning EverCreek at Lakewood Ranch, a new 464-acre community that will bring approximately 1,000 new residences to the area, including:
- 850 single-family homes
- 150 townhomes
- An 8-acre lakeside amenity campus
- Resort-style pool + lazy river
- Pickleball courts
- Fitness center
- Dog park
- Playground
- Walking and nature trails
EverCreek is planned east of I-75, with access to everything that makes the Lakewood Ranch area such a popular place to live.
And one of the biggest questions right now is pricing.
Pulte has not released pricing yet, and sales are expected to begin in early 2027 — which means buyers interested in getting into a brand-new Lakewood Ranch community have plenty of time to start planning.
