A new entertainment destination is officially under construction in Lakewood Ranch.
Backyard Social recently announced that it has broken ground on its second Florida location, bringing its indoor-outdoor entertainment concept from Fort Myers to the growing Professional Parkway district.
Plans for the approximately 12,500-square-foot venue have included:|
- Multiple permanent food trucks
- Indoor and outdoor bars
- Live music and a large outdoor stage
- Duckpin bowling
- Darts, shuffleboard and cornhole
- A golf simulator
- Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces
- Family-friendly access during the day and evening
The project will join Urban Air, Life Time and the future SkyTrack Family Entertainment Center as this area develops into one of Lakewood Ranch’s newest lifestyle and entertainment destinations.
Backyard Social has confirmed that construction is underway, but an official opening date has not yet been announced. The concept, features and timeline remain subject to change.
