Another major builder is coming to Parrish—and interested buyers can begin preparing before homes are officially released.
David Weekley Homes has announced Encore at Rye Ranch, an upcoming gated 55+ community within Rye Ranch.
The community is expected to offer three collections of low-maintenance homes on 35-, 45- and 55-foot homesites. Select homesites are planned to feature water or conservation views, with lawn maintenance included through the homeowners association.
Planned lifestyle amenities include:
- A resort-style pool
- Clubhouse and outdoor gathering areas
- Fitness and yoga rooms
- Pickleball, bocce ball and cornhole
- A dog park and community green spaces
- More than 10 miles of trails
- A dedicated Lifestyle Director coordinating resident activities
Construction has started on The Wellhouse, the community’s planned amenity center, and David Weekley is scheduled to begin building its first three model homes in August.
The builder currently lists the community as “Coming Soon,” with pricing, floor plans, homesites and an official sales-opening date still to be released.
