One of Lakewood Ranch’s newest 55+ communities is preparing for a major lifestyle upgrade.
Construction is underway on Del Webb Catalina’s approximately 35,000-square-foot clubhouse and 15-acre resort amenity campus overlooking the community’s 70-acre lake.
The completed campus is planned to include:
- A heated resort pool and spa
- A separate resistance pool
- Poolside cabanas and a firepit lounge
- Horizon Grill, an onsite restaurant and bar
- Fitness and movement studios
- A golf simulator and classic arcade
- Wellness facilities with saunas
- Five tennis courts
- Four bocce courts
- Twelve pickleball courts, including eight covered courts
- Community gardens and social gathering spaces
Residents already have access to the Renown Lifestyle House, three pickleball courts, a putting green and an event lawn while the larger amenity campus continues taking shape.
With approximately 1,300 homes planned across 735 acres, Del Webb Catalina is being developed as one of Lakewood Ranch’s most substantial active-adult communities.
The clubhouse, amenities and completion timing remain subject to change. Buyers should arrange independent representation before registering with or visiting a builder.
