A major new resort-style amenity destination is officially under construction in Parrish!
PulteGroup has broken ground on an approximately $18 million amenity campus at Explore by Del Webb North River Ranch, bringing an extensive collection of dining, recreation, fitness, and wellness experiences to the growing community.
At the center of the project will be the 17,300-square-foot Foundry Clubhouse, designed to serve as a gathering place for residents.
Planned features include:
- Copper Barrel Bar & Grille
- Cork & Key Wine Lounge
- The Xchange Café
- Iron Forge golf simulator lounge
- Game room and social gathering spaces
Next door, the Wellspring Wellness Center will focus on fitness, relaxation, and recovery, with infrared saunas, red-light therapy, a cold plunge, massage room, fitness center, and movement studio.
Outdoor amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, lazy river, cabanas, shaded pickleball courts, yoga lawn, walking trails, and a dog park.
One important distinction: Explore by Del Webb is NOT a 55+ community.
While Del Webb is widely known for its age-restricted neighborhoods, Explore by Del Webb brings a similar resort-inspired lifestyle to buyers of all ages.
The community is planned for approximately 901 homes within North River Ranch, with villas and single-family homes available.
Construction of the new amenity campus is expected to be completed in 2028.
As Parrish continues to grow, projects like this demonstrate the level of investment being made in the area’s newer residential communities.
