Parrish’s continued growth just reached another important milestone: Rye Ranch Elementary is now open.
The new two-story campus was built to serve approximately 960 students in grades PK–5 and welcomed its first students for the 2026–27 school year.
Located within the growing Rye Ranch community, the school gives many nearby families something increasingly valuable—a neighborhood elementary school that may be accessible by walking or biking.
The opening is also part of a much bigger Parrish story.
As thousands of new homes continue to be built across North Manatee County, the area needs more than additional neighborhoods. It needs schools, roads, healthcare, shopping and services capable of supporting the families moving here.
For buyers considering Parrish, nearby schools and future attendance boundaries can be just as important as the home itself. School assignments can change as the area grows, so always verify current zoning directly with the School District of Manatee County before purchasing.
