One of West Bradenton’s largest new developments is beginning to look more like the coastal village envisioned for the property.

SeaFlower Village Center is taking shape near Cortez Road and 75th Street West, bringing a major collection of shopping, dining and everyday conveniences to the growing SeaFlower community.

The first phase is planned to include approximately 140,000 square feet of retail, dining and office space, anchored by Publix and Publix Liquors.

Businesses announced for the center include:

  • Dutch Bros Coffee
  • Whataburger
  • Dave’s Hot Chicken
  • Potbelly Sandwich Works
  • Playa Bowls
  • Pecan Jacks
  • Club Pilates
  • Well Groomed Pets
  • Additional services, shops and restaurants

The larger mixed-use plan also calls for apartments, a hotel and a Village Green designed to serve as a community gathering place.

Surrounding the Village Center, SeaFlower is developing into a major coastal community with homes from Pulte Homes, David Weekley Homes, M/I Homes, Cardel Homes and Issa Homes—all located only a few miles from Anna Maria Island.

The Village Center is currently targeting completion in late 2026, although individual businesses may open on different schedules.

Plans, tenants, construction timelines, pricing and availability are subject to change.
