Texas Roadhouse has officially listed November 23, 2026, as the opening date for its highly anticipated new restaurant in Parrish, bringing another major dining option to the rapidly growing community.
Located at 8245 Moccasin Wallow Road, the restaurant is part of the expanding Seaire commercial development, where several new businesses are taking shape along one of Parrish’s busiest growth corridors.
The popular steakhouse chain is known for its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, and freshly baked rolls served with cinnamon butter. The new location will offer residents another casual dining destination without having to travel farther outside the community.
According to the restaurant’s official website, the Parrish location plans to open at 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, with earlier opening hours at 11 a.m. on weekends. Closing times will range from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., depending on the day.
The restaurant is also actively hiring as preparations continue for its anticipated November opening.
Texas Roadhouse joins a growing lineup of businesses at the Seaire commercial development. Wendy’s, Circle K, and AutoZone are already operating nearby, while construction continues on additional businesses, including Aldi and Chipotle.
The continued commercial expansion reflects Parrish’s rapid residential growth, bringing more shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences closer to the families moving into the area.
With opening day just over a month away, Texas Roadhouse is preparing to become one of Parrish’s newest dining destinations.
