How I work with buyers
I start with what you need (location, budget, type of home), then narrow to real options. I compare communities side by side, explain HOA, CDD, flood-zone and insurance costs in plain language, and help with offer strategy, negotiation, inspections and closing. On new construction that also means builder contracts, incentives and timelines.

I came to Florida from New England, so relocating here isn’t abstract to me.
