Before a home is listed I walk through pricing grounded in active and pending competition, preparation, and professional marketing with MLS exposure, then provide showing feedback and regular updates through negotiation, inspection and closing.
Relocating to Sarasota
I came to Florida from New England, so relocating here isn’t abstract to me.
